Returns

Drones for Less allows returns within 30 days of purchase subject to conditions below.  Claims for missing items or damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. 

Refunds & Credits 

All Drone for Less products returned in an open box condition within the 30 days return window, regardless of whether or not they have been flown, will incur a 15% restocking fee. Unopened boxes and unused Expert Drone products can be returned without questions, and customers will receive a full refund.  Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your account. 

Exchanges

If the item was sent back for an approved exchange, please allow 7-10 business days for the replacement to be processed if the item is currently in stock. If the current item is out of stock, please allow 14-21 days for drop shipment or through our distribution partners.

Repairs

Drones for Less has technical repair service reps for all the drones we sell both in and out-of warranty. This will allow us to expedite your drone repair time instead of sending it back to the manufacturer. Please provide the information regarding your repair through our website contact form.

Conditions

Please read all conditions below. If one of these conditions are not met, Drones for Less reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

  • Drones for Less is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Drones for Less is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
  • Please ensure that you are not planning to operate your drone within designated no-fly zones, Drones for Less is not responsible for customers who do not adhere to no-fly zone rules.
  • Crash, damaged parts of the items due to misuse, pilot error, and items that have been modified.
