The Ocean Matrix OMX-3GSDI-CAT5 HD Video over Ethernet cable extender reaches well beyond typical copper BNC cable limitations to send 3G-SDI 1080p signals across your entire network utilizing HDbitT technology.

The system employs the HDbitT (High Definition Digital bit Transmission Technology) protocol for better image clarity and high performance over long distances without a converter. This technology allows signal distribution through standard network switches and routers to multiple receivers and displays without loss in image quality.

The complete transmitter/receiver kit also accomplishes simple 1 to 1, point-to-point runs delivering full 3G-SDI 1080p signals up to 394 feet over a single Cat5/5E/Cat6 network cable. It's compatible with new and existing systems without rewiring and automatically adapts to various cable lengths.

With full IR support, the OMX-3GSDI-CAT5 is an ideal solution for digital signage and presentation applications where control of the video source is warranted. IR extension cables are included.
