Return Policy

To return merchandise for a refund, customers must both obtain an RMA number within 14 days of delivery to the shipping address (this date will be verified using the Shipping tracking number we provide), and return the merchandise so that it is received by the returns department within 15 days of the date return authorization was issued.

In order to be eligible for a return and refund, merchandise must be in the original packaging with all supplied components provided with the merchandise, including but not limited to batteries, chargers, cables, and manufacturers accessories. Shipping costs associated with returns are the full responsibility of the customer, and a minimum 20% restocking fee will be deducted on all returns, unless the merchandise is defective or there an error on our part.

We scan our products by their unique serial numbers in order to keep track of our merchandise. All returned products must match the scanned serial number in order for the return to be accepted. We are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors. Please note that Pictures are for illustration purposes only. If there was a problem with this listing and it was discovered after you already received the product you are welcome to return it for a full refund as long as it is unused.

Merchandise returned to us without authorization will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense. Please ensure that ALL merchandise is returned to the address provided with your RMA number to receive proper credit. The RMA number is to be marked on the outside of the shipping box, specifically on the shipping label, for product returns. Please do not write the RMA number on the manufacturer's product box. If you do write the RMA number on the manufacturer's box, the item will be shipped back to the customer, at the customer's own expense.

Please follow the following instructions when returning your purchase:

· 1) Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
· 2) Be sure to write your RMA number on the outside of the box, specifically on the shipping label.
· 3) Include a note inside the package with your order number and the reason for return.
· 4) Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories.
· 5) Follow your RMA email as to where the package will be shipped to. A refund will be issued only to the original credit card which the charge was made. If the merchandise was claimed to be defective and was proven not to be defective by our inspection manager or through the manufacture themselves, the item will either be treated as a standard return and refunded accordingly or the product will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Additionally, if the said product turns out to not be defective all costs associated with shipping, handling, and repacking are non-refundable either. Please Note: You cannot cancel your order once the order is in the processing stage. We do apologize for any inconvenience they may have caused.
